Our Park Spaces
PULL THROUGH SITE Site measures 65' long x 22'6" wide, it can accommodate the largest RV or Fifth Wheel. The vehicle shown in the illustration below is a 40' RV with triple slide outs. The site provides ample room on each side for the largest slide-outs and awnings. The car parking space is designed to accomodate parking behind your RV. Full hook-up includes 20, 30 & 50 amp power, 99 channels of cable TV, telephone available from Verizon, water and sewer.
OUTSIDE SITE Our outside sites incorporate many of the features of our pull-through sites except they are a back-in design. Measuring 40' deep x 22'6" wide, most can accommodate up to a 37' RV or Fifth Wheel. The vehicle shown in the illustration below is a 36' RV with triple slide outs. The 12' wide parking site is level and provides ample room on each side for the largest slide-outs and awnings. All of our perimeter sites feature extra vehicle side parking and some sites have trees or bushes on all sides. The car parking space is 8' wide and up to 20' deep, dependent upon whether you wish to opening any awning you may have on your RV or what size your extra vehicle is determines how much room you may or may not have (overflow parking for your extra vehicle is available for additional fee). SPLIT-MIDDLE RV SITE Ideal for small to mid-sized RV's, Fifth Wheels and Trailers, our medium split site can accommodate vehicles up to 29' in length. They measure 29' deep x 22'6" wide. These are back to back sites (meaning another RV will be to the rear of your RV) The vehicle shown in the illustration below is a 26' Fifth Wheel with a single slide out. The 12' wide parking pad provides ample room on each side for slide-outs and awnings. The car parking space is 8' wide and 18' deep. Full hook-up includes 20 & 30 amp power, 99 channels of cable TV, telephone provided by Verizon, water and sewer.
